Y31 Terms & Conditions – What You Need to Know Before Using

1. Account & Eligibility

To use the y31 platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each user may open only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

2. Platform Usage Rules

By accessing the y31 platform, you acknowledge that you will comply with all applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of any content, software, or data on the platform is strictly prohibited. Using any automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to access or gain an advantage on the platform is strictly forbidden. Harassing or threatening other users, or engaging in fraudulent activities, may result in account termination. We reserve the right to suspend or close any account at any time in order to maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

3. Financial Transactions & Responsibility

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) and the terms and conditions of the applicable payment method will apply. A verification process must be completed before deposited funds can be withdrawn. If an incorrect credit occurs due to a technical error, y31 reserves the right to correct that amount. If fraudulent transactions or money laundering are suspected, the account will be immediately suspended and the relevant authorities may be notified. The user bears full responsibility for all funds they choose to spend.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, content, graphics, and software on the y31 platform are the exclusive property of y31 and are protected by international copyright law. Users may view platform content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Written permission is required before republishing, selling, or using any content for commercial purposes. Unauthorized use of y31's trademarks or brand names may result in legal action. Full responsibility for any content uploaded by a user to the platform rests entirely with that user.

5. Limitation of Liability

The y31 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and no guarantee of suitability for any specific purpose is given. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to internet connectivity issues, server maintenance, or unexpected technical problems. y31 will not be liable for any losses arising from such circumstances. y31's liability is also limited for issues caused by third-party payment gateways or services. Users access the platform at their own discretion and should remain aware of potential risks.

6. Right to Modify Terms

Y31 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified as far in advance as reasonably possible.
